露天矿开采工艺综合能耗计算与分析

Caculation and Analysis on Comprehensive Energy Consumption in Selection of Open-pit Mining Technology

摘要: 以我国乌优特露天煤矿工艺比选为例,根据国内通用规范、定额和设备实际使用情况,对间断工艺与半连续工艺的综合能耗和燃料动力费用进行了计算分析,研究表明:运输环节的能耗和运行费用占比最大,应作为节能增效的重点环节;半连续工艺的优化重点是减少或取消卡车运距,并提高胶带利用率;在现有价格体系下,半连续工艺的运行费用优于间断工艺。

Abstract: Based on the selection of mining technology in a open-pit mine, do some calculation and analysis on the comprehensive energy consumption and the cost of fuel and dynamic of discontinuous mining system and semi-continuous mining system, according to general specification, quota and practical application of equipment. The study showed that the highest ratio of energy consumption and operation cost is the transport link, so it will be the point link on the energy-saving and benefit increase; The point of process optimization for semi-continuous mining system is to reduce or cancel the distance of truck transportation, improve the utilization efficiency of belt conveyor. Under the existing pricing system the operation cost of semi-continuous mining system is better than discontinuous mining system, so it should be extended.
